Between the warehouse floor and the software stack
I'm Kobi Cohen. I've spent my career running operations, and more and more of it building the systems those operations run on.
Operations first
I started in operations and logistics in Israel, building a company's order centre and logistics hub from nothing, then serving as COO: standing up new production lines, running the warehouse, the e-commerce platform and supplier relationships, and moving inventory onto an ERP.
In Toronto I run product development and operations at DL, a manufacturing and 3PL business. When the old ERP wasn't cutting it, I built a replacement from scratch. I also moved sourcing direct to manufacturers, which cut raw-material costs by more than half.
In 2026 I started LizAI Studios to build software the way I think it should be built: privacy-first, no unnecessary data collection, and shipped by one person working closely with AI coding tools.
